If you've been diagnosed with ADHD or autism as an adult particularly if your diagnosis arrived in your 40s, 50s or later, you may be struggling to find support that actually makes sense of where you are.

โ€‹

ADHD mentoring with Matt Gupwell is built specifically for people at this stage.

Not generic productivity coaching. Real, grounded support for adults working out what a late or very late diagnosis means for their life, their relationships and their work.

โ€‹

Matt was diagnosed with ADHD, autism and dyslexia in his mid-40s and has  provided advocacy and 1-2-1 mentoring to hundreds of people over thousands of hours of conversations.

What my clients say

Matt has some rare gifts!

The neurodiversity mentor space is crowded and finding an exceptional mentor is needles in haystacks.

Matt in short is an exceptional mentor and neurodiversity expert; not self proclaimed but earned through thousands of hours of dedication to people he has helped.

 1-2-1 Mentoring

What is ADHD Mentoring?

Mentoring with me is an opportunity for you to understand what ADHD and/or autism mean to you.

Using my personal experience as well as the experiences of the hundreds of people I've worked with we work together to help you understand what ADHD means to you.

I offer insights, advice, and support based years of my own experiences as those of the other people I've helped.

My sessions are your time to empty everything that's on your mind about ADHD and to have someone with the experience, ability and understanding to help you focus on what's important.

โ€‹โ€‹

My sessions can be paid individually or in blocks.

โ€‹

Each session costs £60.

โ€‹

Sessions are 1 hour long.

โ€‹โ€‹

If booking a block of sessions and self funding Klarna is available to split the cost across 3 monthly payments.

โ€‹

You can also use your Access To Work funding for Mentoring with me.

Meet Matt Gupwell

โ€‹โ€‹

Diagnosed with ADHD, autism (with a demand avoidant profile), and dyslexia in my mid 40s, I know first-hand what it’s like to discover a new language for your life at a time when you're supposed to already have it all figured out.โ€‹

I’ve spent years working at the intersection of clinical insight, mentoring, and lived experience.

I co-direct Divergence Works CIC, co-host the TALKADHD podcast, and deliver neurodiversity training and consultancy for global brands, health services, and educational institutions.

But more than that — I’ve sat across from people like you and helped them unpack what a diagnosis means when it arrives decades later than it should’ve. I've been there, lived it and understand why this hits so hard.

โ€‹

My mentoring sessions are the result of everything I’ve learned, tested, refined, and lived. It’s not therapy. It's not coaching. It’s not fluff, or social media memes.

It’s support that makes sense — built for people who’ve lived enough life to know when something finally rings true.

Funding your ADHD Mentoring Sessions

โ€‹

Sessions cost £60 each.

If you are paying privately: you can book individually, in blocks of 6, (if buying a block you can chose to spread the cost over 3 months using Klarna).

โ€‹

If you are in employment: you may be eligible for Access to Work funding through the Department for Work and Pensions. Access to Work can cover the full cost of ADHD mentoring as a workplace support measure. The process is straightforward:

1. Add Matt as your chosen provider in your Access to Work portal
2. Upload an invoice when you receive it
3. Access to Work will contact Matt to confirm sessions and pay directly

Access to Work is significantly underused. If you haven't applied, it's worth checking your eligibility at gov.uk/access-to-work.
