The UK's best resource for Neurodiversity Awareness Training.
Inside the LMS training we Built for a Global Fashion Brand

How we created a global management training tool for one of the world's largest fashion brands.
When one of the world's leading fashion brands reached out, they weren't asking for another awareness session.
They were asking for something more specific:
Help us create, write and develop Neurodiversity Training for all our managers across the business.
Training that will be developed using our LMS platform.
Please help us make inclusion practical, normal and real.
What we built was more of a digital tool; it was an authentic, employee-led programme of insight, personal stories shared by neurodivergent staff, of all levels, the latest best practice and tools to assist managers and strategies to make a difference.
No labels. Just insight. The training is unique in it's combination of lived experience, research, my experience as a neurodiversity awareness training provider, insights from managers sharing what they don't know, what their knowledge gaps are and a close partnership with the L&D, People, Creative and Marketing teams to ensure the finished product was both on-brand and impactful.
It flipped the script.
Instead of trying to deliver in-person or live online sessions to all managers, which would have been costly, time-consuming and budget-swallowing, the system is now proactive. Neuroinclusion isn't off the agenda, it's proudly front and centre for all to access, learn from and implement.
Here's what made it work:
Consultation was Key. We spent time discussing the project's aims, objectives, and delivery options with in-house specialists. We completed existing LMS training on wider DEI topics to understand the tone, style, and what worked. We had regular project meetings with all involved at every stage from inception to delivery.
In reality, in-person delivery of neurodiversity training for managers isn't always logistically possible. But LMS content, when delivered well, is just as impactful.
You likely already have these platforms; you need to use them well. Our neurodiversity training for ASOS managers isn't about adding more tools to a list; it's about understanding their people's lived experiences.
Then, give them the tools to have conversations that lead to action, remove the fear of "getting it wrong," and empower managers to ask the right questions in the right way.
