Late Diagnosed - An 8 week course
Support for all who've been late diagnosed
An evidence-based course for adults newly diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or both.
Designed and delivered by someone combining clinical evidence, years of mentoring others, and their own lived experience.
Starts Thursday 12th June, 7:30pm - 9:00pm
What's covered in the 8 sessions?
The reality is that often the information on social media is not evidence-based. This course is different.
That's what makes this course different.
Each session is designed around a common topic I've discussed with the clients I've mentored on a 1-2-1 basis, conversations we've had on the TALKADHD podcast and topics that I see and hear discussed on other forums.
Simply put 16 years of experience, clinical partnerships, research and passion to provide the information I wish I'd had when I was diagnosed.
It combines all of those plus the hundreds of hours I've spent mentoring others to ensure that the information is the right thing, at the right time, delivered in the right way to help you the most.

Who has created this and delivers the course?
Meet Matt Gupwell
This course isn’t just something I built — it’s something I've lived.
Diagnosed with ADHD, autism (with a demand avoidant profile), and dyslexia in my mid 40s, I know firsthand what it’s like to discover a new language for your life at a time when you're supposed to already have it all figured out.
I’m not here to give you Instagram advice or TikTok tips.
I’m here because I’ve spent years working at the intersection of clinical insight, mentoring, and lived experience.
I co-direct Divergence Works CIC, co-host the TALKADHD podcast, and deliver neurodiversity training and consultancy for global brands, health services, and educational institutions.
But more than that — I’ve sat across from people like you and helped them unpack what a diagnosis means when it arrives decades later than it should’ve. I've been there, lived it and understand why this hits so hard.
This course is the result of everything I’ve learned, tested, refined, and lived. It’s not therapy. It's no coaching. It’s not fluff, or social media memes.
It’s support that makes sense — built for people who’ve lived enough life to know when something finally rings true.
